5 Reasons Why the Beach is the best

Hello

Ok, I want you to think about your favorite place ever. I want you to imagine what it looks like, smells like, any experiences you’ve had at the place, anything there that you love and I want you to think about the feeling it gives you. What emotions do you feel just by thinking about it? Really think about these things, because that is what I am going to do, I am going to give you five reasons why the Beach is the best place ever. However I am not only telling you why I love it, I am going to tell you why you and anybody else should love it.

Smell

The first reason why I love the beach is the smell. The smell that hits your nose every time a sea breeze comes through the air. The smell you smell as soon as your toes sink into the sand. The smell that pleases you and calms you as you are sitting on the beach watching the sunset. The smell that smells fresh, smells like salt and sand mixing together. The smell that calms you and makes you feel free.

Sight

Once you step onto that beach your eyes fill with a wonderful sight. The sight of gulls flying free in the air. The sight of the sparkling aqua-blue waves crashing wildly on the shore. The sight of adults conversing on driftwood while the kids are building sandcastles and playing in the waves. The sight of a sunset on the beach with your loved ones. Seeing all of it immediately makes you want to jump and shout out of pure joy, happiness, and love.

Experience

You can have many experiences on the beach. For instance, the experience of making a sandcastle for the first time ever. The experience of chasing the waves and having the waves chase you back. The experience of watching the sunset with loved ones next to you. The experience of wiggling your feet and toes into the wet sand so that it makes you sink deeper and deeper till even your knees are covered, then you fall down cause you can’t step out immediately after. Plus the amazing experience of being at the beach.

Animals

There are many many different types of animals at the beach and each of them has its own unique and amazing looks to them. For example, when you go look at the tidepools you might find a purple starfish hidden in one of the cracks. Or who knows maybe you find some sea turtles swimming around in the shallows and have a chance to swim with them. Maybe some seals decide to come up and say hi on the beach. There are so many animals to find on the beach and the best part is the adventure you take to find them.

Feeling

So many feelings come to mind when I think about the beach. Like happiness that I get the chance to go. Joy when I get that amazing scent the breeze brings in. Excitement when I find an animal like a sea turtle. But most of all I feel the freedom. The Freedom when I run with the waves or when I am doing cartwheels with them too. The Freedom I feel when Julia and I run around and play follow the leader on the rocks without touching the sand. The amazing freedom I always feel whenever I go to the beach.

Goodbye

There are many other reasons why the beach is the best and why you should love it like I do. These are just my favs that I instantly think of when I think of why I love the beach so much. Everything about the beach is intriguing and beautiful but the smell, sight, experience, animals, and the feeling are again my favs. I love the beach and those are just five reasons you should too.

Talking about NFT’s

NFT’s, how can a digital drawing of a monkey sell for thousands to millions of dollars? That I really don’t think should be possible, but it is. This is what I am going to be talking about today on this blog.

This new thing called NFTs has recently become quite popular, and they have gotten lots of hate and jokes, as well as some people who actually take them seriously. NFT stands for Non-fungible token, and what they are exactly is “a non-interchangeable unit of data stored on a blockchain, a form of digital ledger,” basically a form of virtual currency, which is usually valued in an image, video, or audio file.

There are so many jokes about screenshotting NFT’s and NFT heists, just going online and screenshotting multiple NFT’s at once, but really, there is no forgery in the world of NFT’s. Some NFTs have a digital certificate that will be listed among their “metadata” in the blockchain, so you can easily verify the ownership of the NFT by looking at the certificate before you buy or sell it, and your investments should be safe.

NFTs can be minted like real-life coins. There are numerous websites where you can convert your drawings into digital assets and sell them for cash or cryptocurrency. Some idiot might end up buying your image and not even make a profit from it.

Now I will tell the story of a digital image that sold for about 91.8 million dollars. That’s just absurd. 91.8 million dollars on a digital image and the average annual income in America is around 67,000 dollars every year, and people in most other countries make much less than that. The image is called “The Merge’ and it literally just seems to be a few white spheres in a black void, and it is worth 91.8 million dollars. Once it sells, it has value, I suppose, but good luck reselling an image for millions of dollars! This digital image broke the record for the highest sold work of art by a living artist by about 700,000 dollars. The previous record was held by a sculpture of a rabbit that was literally just called “Rabbit.” But there is one thing I have not talked about; the selling of the NFT was on a platform called “NiftyGateway,” and the NFT was actually mass bought by 28,983 collectors. The sales may be considered a series of artwork, and possibly not break the “Rabbit” record. Either way, it is pretty amazing that this digital image got paid for that much. The NFT creator, Pak, has also sold many more NFTs. He has sold over 66,319 pieces of art, and his total artwork value is over 356,743,178.81 US dollars! I’m sure his journey there was another huge story that I’m not going to get into.

The NFT “merge,” by that was sold for 91.8 million USD

In my personal opinion, NFTs are kind of stupid. I hear they are risky and may not be profitable for you. If I knew how to do any of that stuff, I would rather invest in stocks or normal cryptocurrency. Buy low and sell high. The problem with NFTs is that they don’t really have value. The artist might just say it’s worth this or that, sell it, then dip on the idiot who sold their dog to buy a picture of a monkey. See you later, and please don’t spend your life savings on a picture.

What Goes On In Our Brain?

I remember my first panic attack. July 20th, Orlando Florida, fighting with my dad. It was scary, it felt like I was in a closed-in room, with four walls and a ceiling, no windows, no escape, claustrophobic, no air. It was a hard day and I nearly fainted. Sadly, that is just a piece of my story and where I came from. Mental health is a serious subject, that people know about but don’t know the danger, or serious causes of it.  They don’t know what it can effect or how it can affect children and adults and typically people of any age

Facts About Mental Illnesses.

More than 43 million Americans struggle with mental illnesses.

Youth depression rates have risen from 5.9% to 8.2% since 2012

The four main mental health disorders are anxiety disorders. personality disorders. psychotic disorders (such as schizophrenia) eating disorders.

Causes Of Mental Health.

When someone deals with a mental illness/disorder such as an eating disorder, anxiety disorder, mood disorder like depression, personality disorders, and lastly psychotic disorders, it affects the human brain’s chemistry and function, but to put it in a simple way, when someone deals with a mental disorder it affects their way of thinking and functioning.

During my first panic attack, the only person who noticed was my brother, I’ve been through many things with family problems, drama, I mean I’m a teenager so of course there will be drama and rumors.  In my opinion, I don’t think many adults see the signs of kids’ mental health getting worse or kids’ self-esteem lowering. Many signs of a mental illness in kids at an early age can be as simple as spacing out, fidgeting, short temper, and long periods of unhappiness. From my experience, most people (adults) said I was faking for attention, or I don’t feel sad, and even things like I don’t have anything to be sad about. When people say things like this especially to kids/teenagers who are vulnerable, it keeps them thinking, and questioning themselves. This brings me to another point, suicide, it’s a serious and hard topic to talk about, but it is something that needs to be addressed. An estimated 1 million people worldwide die by suicide every year. Globally, suicide ranks among the three leading causes of death among those aged 15–44 years. Every year multiple people take their lives due to stress, worry, or just simply feel they can’t deal with things anymore and hope for the better on the other side. With all of this being said, make sure you are aware, of yourself, others, and be there for each other, things are hard and nothing can torment you as much as your own thoughts and the things that you say inside your head but we are all here for a reason. Always remember, life is not a problem to be solved, but a reality to be experienced.

Bangles are going to the Super Bowl.

I think the Bangles are going to the Super Bowl because they have had a great season and they haven’t made it since 1988 when they lost 20-16 to the 49ers.

Their regular season record was 10-7, and they have a bunch of good players at every position; they have Joe Burrow, Jamar Chase, and Joe Mixon on offense. This weekend they are playing the Tennessee Titans, who might not have Derrick Henry because of his broken foot. After they beat the Titans, they will either have to go up against the Chiefs or the Bills.

But if they don’t make it this year, they should make it in years to come because they should just get better in the future. They will get more experience and if they make it to the second round of the playoffs now, they should be good in the future.

Then we have the NFC playoffs. I’m thinking it might be the Rams who might make it because they have some really good players on their team, but they go against the Bucs who won the Super Bowl last year.

So I watched the second round of the playoffs, and those games were crazy. The Chiefs won 42-36 and the Rams won 30-27, but on Saturday you had the 49ers winning with a field goal with a final score of 13-10 and the Bagels winning against the Titans, 19-16. So the Bangles have to face the Chiefs. then the Rams against the 49ers.

5 Solutions for the Lakers Problems!!

The playoff race has begun, and teams are attempting to make the playoffs before it is too late. Due to injuries and poor judgments on the court, the Lakers are having a difficult season this year. Here are five ways the Los Angeles Lakers must accomplish in order to secure a playoff spot!!

Injuries

The Los Angeles Lakers have struggled this season thanks to injuries, which are critical for the team’s success. Both Anthony Davis and Kendrick Nunn are suffering knee injuries. They’re also excellent scorers for the Lakers and help win most games.

Decisions on the court

This season, the Lakers are not making the best decisions on the court, averaging 16 turnovers per game, with Russell Westbrook leading the way with 7 turnovers per game. To help with this issue, Russell Westbrook should switch positions and play shooting guard to ease stress and mostly hit high percentage shots that we need to win the game.

Trade deadline

The trade deadline is approaching, and the Lakers will need to deal some players who don’t have a significant impact on the team’s performance on the court. Before the trade deadline, the Lakers must trade Russell Westbrook and Anthony Davis. Russell Westbrook, because he’s averaging around 14 points per game with seven turnovers and is expected to be a superstar, and now he’s being nicknamed Russell Westbrick. Since Anthony Davis hasn’t played for the majority of the season due to a variety of injuries, he’s been called Anthony (glass) Davis, and the Lakers can’t utilize him because he’s injured, I say just trade him because he’s doing nothing for the team right now. The Lakers need to find some 3 point shooters who can hit quick 3s when they’re needed most to win close games. Before the deadline, LAL may be capable of making the following trades: Buddy Heild, Dearen Fox, and Marvin Bagley for Russell Westbrook, Anthony Davis, and two first-round picks. If not, trade Russell Westbrook and Anthony Davis for DeMar DeRozan, Lonzo Ball, and a second-round draft pick.

Shot selection

The Lakers’ shot selection is primarily lacking in made three-point attempts, and they do not take as many three-point attempts as they should. The Lakers attempt roughly thirty threes each game as a team and only make 11 of them. Other successful teams, such as the Warriors, averaged 17 made three-pointers a game.

Young talent

The Lakers are short on young talent and have far too many old people on the court. Tallen Horton-Tucker (21 years old) is the youngest, followed by Malik monk (23 years old). The age range is then 25-37 years old. Having an older roster isn’t ideal for a contending team because older players tend to slow down and get rusty, as well as suffer more injuries as a result of their age. This is especially problematic because half of the Lakers are past their prime and are having a disappointing season. The Lakers need to trade a couple older players and replace them with players in their prime or up-and-comers.

5 Takes, Questions, and Thoughts Heading Into the Second Half of Basketball.🔥🔥🔥

The influential Ja Morant - Grizzly Bear Blues

Geez, I swear it seemed like only yesterday that the season started, but here we go again, with 5 takes, questions, and thoughts heading into the second half of basketball.

5. Can the Grizzlies really contend?

If any team has overperformed this season, it’s the Grizzlies. As of right now, the Grit and Grind are sitting at 31-16, with the third-best record in the league. Since Dec. 1st, they’ve had the best record in the league, going 21-5 during that stretch, which included wins over the Bulls, Warriors, and Suns. The backcourt duo of Ja Morant and Desmon Bane have had career years, both making cases for the Most Improved Player. In the month of January, Ja is averaging 25, 8, and 6 respectively on 49% field goal shooting. Bane, the 30th overall pick in last year’s draft is averaging 19.9 PPG on 49/45/77 shooting splits. Dillon Brooks and Jaren Jackson Jr. are also continuing to put up steady numbers for the team. Despite all these great signs, unfortunately, I can’t see them really contending. Unless Morant averages MVP numbers for the remainder of the season, or they pull off a big trade in the next month, they won’t make it past the second round against teams like the Suns, Warriors, or Jazz. They’re a young team, with many years to compete for a chip, but this is not one of those years.

  1. Should the Lakers hit the panic button?

Russell Westbrook throws down ridiculous dunk on Rudy Gobert

Westbrick. LeFlop. ADisney. Honestly, this team is a joke. LA has received a lot of hate this year, some of it unfair while other reasons, like their disappointing record, are clearly warranted. Hovering around .500 all season, they are currently sitting in 8th with a losing record of 22-23. The biggest factor in their sucky play, however, is not Westbrook or Frank Vogel’s coaching. Anthony Davis is a complete waste of money, considering he’s been injured half the season and is shooting a horrendous 17% from outside. He’s supposed to be the best player on the team, yet he has done nothing. Westbrook (and this pains me to say) has hit a low in his career. His shooting percentages are not great, with these splits: 43/30/66, and his stubbornness has led to him being benched in crunch time. 37-year old LeBron has bounced back with MVP numbers (38.8, 6.4, 7.6), but his back can’t take any more weight. BUT… This is LeBron, AD, and Westbrook we’re talking about. If the team can climb up to the 6th seed, then there’s a chance that they’ll beat the Jazz or Grizzlies and make it to the second round against the Warriors. The Lakers are still in it because it’s the last chance they’ve got. All is not lost, but LA is teetering on the brink.

  1. Back-to-Back Bucks

Is Giannis Antetokounmpo the best NBA player? - Sports Illustrated

Ok, this isn’t really a hot take, maybe it’s lukewarm, but the Bucks are going to repeat. Hands down. No doubt in my mind. They’re only fourth place, at 30-19 after a rough start, but have picked up momentum since. They’re 1.0 games out of first so if they keep it up they’re title chances will only increase. Only the Nets, Heat, and Bulls are ahead of them, but each team is dealing with injuries. The Nets just seem like a mess with Kyrie being Kyrie, and Harden underperforming. The Heat are still just a bubble team and most of the Bulls have little to no playoff experience. The Bucks, on the other hand, won the title last season and have the best big three in the league (not the most talented, but the best). Giannis is an MVP candidate (again) averaging nearly 29 points, 11 boards and 6 assists. Middleton and Holiday are also putting up consistent numbers for the team. With Grayson Allen taking out the GOAT, it seems like this team is locked in.

  1. The MVP race…

Grading the Week: If NBA MVP race is Nikola Jokic vs. Steph Curry, we all know who it's “gotta be” – The Denver Post

The MVP race this year has been a load of garbage. Of the 8 players that “have a shot”, only 2 of them actually deserve it. Unlike last season, the voters are looking for the story and avoiding the actual best players, similar to when LeBron should’ve won it nearly every year in the 2010’s. I’ll simply break down the candidates in order from worst to first starting with KD and Embiid in 7th and 8th respectively. Both have had MVP level seasons, but because of their injuries and missed time, their cases are fruitless. KD was my early favorite but now that he’s out for 2 months, he’s done for. Morant is playing some good ball, but he’s still too young and inexperienced to win. People are always going to clamor for LeBron, but his team needs to improve first and he needs to continue averaging consistent numbers. And then there were four: DeRozan, Curry, Giannis and Jokic. For me, the MVP is not the story, it’s the wins and contribution to their team that counts. So therefore DeRozan and Curry are both undeserving, because their story is the only reason they’re in it. Both have had slight fallouts, and both the Warriors and Bulls have simmered after a hot start. Between Jokic and Giannis, it’s anyone’s guess. I think it’ll come down to the standings, and the second half of basketball will tell. And despite all that, Curry’s still going to win because the voters are basically delusional…

  1. Ben Simmons stays

Sources: 76ers' Ben Simmons (back) to miss undetermined amount of time - 6abc Philadelphia

Does anyone even like, or for that matter want Ben Simmons anymore? This isn’t even a statistical take here, it’s just facts. Simmons is useless for refusing to play, refusing to practice and refusing to shoot. The Sixers are dumb for thinking that they’ll get a Harden-level-player in return, and until they lower the asking point, he’ll stay. Enough said.

5 reasons why tom brady is a cheat code

5 REASONS WHY TOM BRADY IS STAYING IN THE NFL FOR?

 1. IT ALL PAYS OFF!!!

All though football is a hard and physical sport it all pays off and the average football player makes about $860,000 dollar a year but for the more star and promoted QBs,s like tom brady they could get up to millions of dollars in a year. also not just that he gets bonus for his record breaking momments.

2. NFL REFS RELATIONSHIP WITH TOM BRADY?

Refs are usually paid to make calls  for penalties or mistakes made by players, but one of the most important things refs are not supposed to do is be biased to players they like aka tom brady for example rumors going around that the refs been getting paid my tom brady to literally make bad calls on the opposite team. Tom early in the 2022 year admits that the referees let him get away with a lot of things, why? We still don’t know why refs pay him. Others say because of his great accomplishment but others also say because of how much he pays refs.

3. BEING FAMOUSE ISIN,T ALWAYS A GOOD THING?

Being famous isn’t always a good thing why? For example, Tom Brady  has a whole world out there of fans, but not all of them are fans especially after what happened in 2020 when he got dropped from the patriots leaving the fans sad, upset, and devastated. And soon joined the tampa bay buccaneers lead by head coach bruce arians, and that act sertintally lead 25% of patriots fans to bandwagon tom and quickly becoming a bucks fan. And leaving 75 patriots fans devastated.

4. WHY HATE AND NOT APPERCIATE

Tom brady had a lot of hate these past years because of his lack of play styles, for example most people hate him because the fact that he always gets away with flags and penalties when other QB,s like russel wilson has to face his penalties and does not have to get bailed to win others say. But people soon have to come to the fact that Tom Brady simply handily beat the Seahawks in  2015 after getting a game winning interception at the goal line and that he won fair and square, and yes the pain still hurts inside me after that happened.

AGE DOSENT MATTER IN THE NFL

Age doesn’t matter, why for example tom brady is the oldest football

Player right now and probably the best qb in the world today he is

44 years old and don’t look a day over 30. And the best part is, the fact

That he only been in the NFL for 22 seasons witch is basically 22 years.

And has 9 super bowl rings witch most qbs can’t even get 1

Throughout their whole year. Tom gets hate gets paparazzis everywhere he

Goes and gets questions asked nonstop and still keeps his head up and

Gets the job done which practically looks like him carrying his teams to wins

Nomatter how much hate he get and that’s why eye believe why he stays in the NFL

For so long and that’s also why we love tom so much GO!!! brady

The Mind Of Serial Killer Ted Bundy

The psychology of serial killers is fascinating when you learn about their thinking, how they work, and what motivated them to act the way they did. 1974 Theodore Robert Bundy was born in the Vermont town of Burlington. Ted committed crimes in California, Colorado, Florida, Idaho, Oregon, Utah, and Washington between 1974 and 1978. Ted’s childhood was not typical; he was told that his grandparents (Samuel and Eleanor Cowell) were his parents and that his mother was his older sister because of the social shame associated with births outside of wedlock.

Ted’s biological father was never identified, and his mother’s name was Eleanor Louise Cowell (known as Louise at the Elizabeth Lund Home for unwed mothers). Ted was convicted of First-degree murder (x20), Attempted first-degree murder (x3), Aggravated kidnapping, and Burglary Bob Hayward of the Utah Highway Patrol arrested him for the first time in Granger in 1975. Hayward was suspicious about his Volkswagen’s removed front seat, and upon further inspection, he discovered a ski mask, a second mask made of pantyhose, a crowbar, handcuffs, garbage bags, a coil of rope, an ice pick, and other items that he initially mistook for burglary equipment. Bundy was freed on his own recognizance since the police did not have enough evidence to hold him. Bundy later claimed that searchers had missed a stash of Polaroid photos of his victims, which he destroyed following his release. Bundy was tried for the kidnapping of DaRonch in February 1976. Bundy waived his right to a jury on the recommendation of his attorney, John O’Connell, because of the terrible publicity surrounding the case.

Judge Stewart Hanson Jr. convicted him guilty of kidnapping and assault after a four-day bench trial and a weekend of deliberation. He was sentenced to one to fifteen years in Utah State Prison in June. He spent many weeks in solitary confinement after being discovered lying in bushes in the prison yard with an “escape package” that included road maps, flight schedules, and a social security card. Colorado officials accused him of Caryn Campbell’s murder later that month. He renounced extradition proceedings and was transported to Aspen in January 1977 after a period of defiance.

Bundy was taken 40 miles from the Garfield County jail in Glenwood Springs to the Pitkin County Courthouse in Aspen for a preliminary hearing on June 7, 1977. He had chosen to be his own attorney, and as a result, he was not required to wear handcuffs or leg shackles by the judge. During a break, he requested to use the law library at the courthouse to research his case. He unlocked a window and leapt to the earth from the second level, injuring his right ankle as he landed, shielded from his guard’s view behind a bookcase. He walked into Aspen as roadblocks were being set up on the outskirts, then hiked southward up Aspen Mountain after removing an outer layer of clothing. He broke into a hunting cabin near the mountain and stole food, clothing, and a rifle.

There were maps of the mountain area near Aspen in the car that prosecutors were using to show the location of Caryn Campbell’s body (Bundy had discovery rights as his own attorney), demonstrating that his escape was not a spontaneous act, but had been planned. Bundy defied the counsel of friends and legal professionals to remain in jail in Glenwood Springs. The case against him, which was already shaky at best, was progressively degrading as pretrial motions were routinely resolved in his favor and key pieces of evidence were declared inadmissible. In the nights, if you’re looking for something to do, While other inmates were showering, he sawed a one-square-foot hole in his cell’s ceiling between the steel reinforcing bars and wriggled through it into the crawl space above, having shed 35 pounds. He did a number of trial runs, investigating the space, in the weeks that followed. Several allegations of movement in the ceiling during the night from an informant were not followed up on.

Bundy piled books and files in his bed, then climbed into the crawl space, covering them with a blanket to resemble his sleeping form. He broke through the ceiling into the apartment of the chief jailer who was out for the evening with his wife changed into street clothes from the jailer’s closet and walked out the front door to freedom. In Glenwood Springs, the jail’s skeleton crew did not discover the escape until noon on December 31, more than 17 hours later. By then, Bundy was already in Chicago. Bundy’s death penalty was executed by an electric chair on January 24th, 1989 42 years of age. He confessed to 30 victims but only 20 were confirmed.

Microsoft buys Activision Blizzard, Good or Bad decision?

I am writing my first blog regarding the acquisition of Microsoft purchasing the company Activision Blizzard, announced Monday January 18, 2022.  Is this purchase converting to anyone? This is a rhetorical question of course. Do you all know that Activision was sued in July by the state of California for a culture of “sexual harassment,” among many other troubling problems, the company has been in a state of utter confusion. There is info on the internet and documentation showing that employees walked out, and more than 1,500 employees signed a petition to remove CEO Bobby Kotick. A recent employee of Activision recently told a credible source that 37 people had left the company, and 44 have been disciplined as part of its investigation.

The new CEO, FOR NOW, is Kotick and he was the center of another report saying the publisher’s former CEO was not only aware of but participated in the company’s bad and disgusting culture. Employees called for the CEO to step down not long after the report was published, as the bosses of both PlayStation and Microsoft told their employees they were troubled by the report.

Now, Microsoft Gaming CEO Phil Spencer is in line to run the company as Microsoft has a deal to acquire Activision Blizzard for $68.7 billion to bolster Game Pass and, supposedly, its metaverse ambitions (Lawler and Webster, 2022).  According to a press release, “Bobby Kotick will continue to serve as CEO of Activision Blizzard, and he and his team will maintain their focus on driving efforts to further strengthen the company’s culture and accelerate business growth.” After that, the business will report to Spencer.

Fruit facts

FruitFacts in relation to apples Apples come in a variety of colors, including yellow, red, and green. It takes roughly 4 to 5 years for apple trees to produce their own fruit. An apple requires the energy of 50 leaves to grow. Around the world, 7500 different apple cultivars are grown. A medium apple contains around 80 calories. Winter bananas or melt-in-the-mouth apples were the names given to apples in colonial times. Apples account for half of all deciduous fruit tree production worldwide. Also, avoid peeling the apples. The peel contains two-thirds of the fiber and several antioxidants. Antioxidants aid to prevent cell damage, which can lead to disease. In 2005, there were 7,500 apple farmers with 379,000 acres of orchards.

The following are some interesting facts about oranges. Oranges offer a soothing, refreshing scent that is thought to relieve tension. Orange trees are evergreen trees that rarely grow to a height of more than 30 feet. The blooms are white and fragrant, and the leaves are oval and glossy on all types.

The following are some facts regarding grapes. The presence of resveratrol, a powerful antioxidant that is anti-aging and boosts the immune system, makes red and purple grapes healthy. They contain a lot of sugar, which is a fantastic source of energy. The stronger the flavor, the slower the grape ripens. A sliced grape can erupt in a firestorm of superheated-plasma if microwaved.

Banana facts, bananas have more calories in them than other fruits. Bananas contain potassium, vitamin B6, manganese, and fiber, all of which are good for your heart. Did you know that a banana’s water makes up 75% of its total weight? Bananas, on the other hand, are a berry, not a fruit!! Bananas can also help you lose weight by reducing your appetite.
