Anthony Davis is one of the best players in the NBA right now. he is a Power Forward or Center. he Plays for the New Orleans Pelicans. Anthony Davis asked for a trade a couple of days ago and there are a bunch of rumors going around on what team he is going to join.

One article said that he was going to be traded to the LA Lakers to team up with Lebron James to win a Championship. other rumors say he was going to be traded to a team with no talent so he can get all the credit but that is the team he plays for now. he wants to win a championship more than anything though.

Another article said that the Milwaukee Bucks were willing to trade any player, not named Giannis. they were mock trades where they were gonna trade like 4 players and a draft pick for Anthony Davis.

I personally would like to see AD go to LA because I feel like those two guys can take own the dang warriors super team. but there have also been rumors that if AD goes to LA the Klay Thompson might go to LA.

Rumor: Bucks offer to trade Pelicans anyone besides Giannis Antetokounmpo for Anthony Davis

Rarely a kid comes home from school and says “I’m excited to do my homework today” Not only do kids, not like homework but it is completely unnecessary. We go to school every day for 6 and a half hours. That means that we go to school 32 and a half hours a week. Yeah, We all need to be educated but does that mean that we need to give up our only free time? School is enough, sometimes kids just need a break from the learning, The time after school should be used to spend time with your family, friends or play sports. Homework is only giving kids more stress on top of school and grades and anything else they are struggling with. Teachers should give out everything that needs to be done in class and if the students are messing around they should finish it at home, but if the student is trying there hardest to get there work done they shouldn’t have homework. It is our only free time during the day and kids want to spend it doing what they enjoy doing not stressful homework. Looking back on a kids day, they aren’t going to remember the homework assignment, they are going to remember the memories that they made with there friends and family. Homework is not important compared to people, and that is how we should be spending our time, being with the people and things that we care about, Homework is not necessary and teachers shouldn’t make kids do it. 

Why do we have homework? Isn’t it to make sure we were paying attention but if that’s the reason then why do we have tests? If we don’t get it and don’t finish it in class then its homework but we don’t get it so we need help so why do they make us do it? For example, in history, I don’t really get everything in that class and if I don’t finish something its homework so I have to come in after class or before.

Hi, My name is Xavier. I twitch stream and I do YouTube. I play on Xbox and I like doing what I do. I am the natural 13 year old guy… unless the natural guy hates is life with a passion and doesn’t want to live anymore. I like my life and like my teachers. Sure I get stressed but, doesn’t everyone though? If you don’t get stressed in 8th grade then you’re not human. But yeah that’s me, and if you don’t like me then whatever I don’t need you.

I am going to go completely off script here.

I’m sure you’re all comforted by the fact that your teacher doesn’t know what he’s doing or where we’re going with this whole blogging thing.  The reality is, I’m sick of 5-paragraph essays and have always believed they kill writers, but I also know that if we don’t write (and write a lot) we won’t get any better.  So my hope is that we begin to write a lot and write differently than we used to. My hope is that writing becomes fun and meaningful. My hope is that you will begin to find your voices and that you will begin to see the power of writing for someone other than me and a bunch of nameless, faceless test graders who tell you-you’re a 4, 3, 2, or 1 on a state test.

But seriously, I have no idea what we’re doing. I’ve basically selected you guys for animal testing – sound good Aleah? (I’m trying to insert a winky emoji here because WaterDog is against animal testing, but I can’t quite figure out how to put an emoji in because I don’t have my cell phones emoji keyboard), so as you can see, this is going to be an adventure.

But shoot, there’s no group of 8th graders I’d rather go on the adventure with.  So here’s to new adventures and here’s to buckling up together, because we’re gonna have some fun.
